Modernizing Legal Resources for INTA's Practice Guides
Background
INTA was a member organization for trademark lawyers around the world. Their practice guides are an essential resource to aid lawyers working across countries familiarize themselves with local laws and connect with local legal resources.
Objectives
- Apply their new brand style guides
- Modernize their platform using Salesforce Lightning as a base
- Create key new features for both users and editors
We kicked off the design process by holding interviews with key stakeholders: editors, admins, and users.
We consolidated findings into process flows and CX journeys, making note of new features and incorporated those as we moved into wireframes and designs.

THE WRAP-UP
We successfully launched the new Practice Guides platform for their members, and continued to expand on their backend capabilities. Both member users and editors gave overwhelmingly positive feedback, saying that the redesign was a massive upgrade from their previous platform.
